Front and back
Please just show the exercises and stop talking. I’m so confused because I’ve mixed up all the exercises because you talk too much.
High Arch Support Inserts are essential for outdoor and indoor shoes to counteract the pronation. I've been using them while rehabbing my ankle and its helped a lot.
3. Also have to ask about your arm training routine.

When I do that I have outer knee pain on my left side
Its very good you have options, sometimes in life we are unabke to things the ""best"away. Would getting out of bed with back or rib pain be done in the same way? i am having a very difficult time with the pain in my trunk, right now.
Here's a video about getting out of bed without back pain: ruclips.net/video/Wm-SSw0gpcQ/видео.html And here's one about how to relieve rib pain: ruclips.net/video/vAsRh060aXY/видео.html
Excellent explanation I am now following you. The horse stance is one of my lower body exercises. Since isometrics is 80 to 85 percent of my training I rely on this exercise for my lower body training. Also bottom position squat holds are something I do and are very effective. Maybe one day you can do a video on them. Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it.
Great information!

My pain is back of my right knee and the knee is very painful , What should I do my Doctor said I have BONE ON BONE and I won't to have surgery, What should I , Any help . Thanks
Wow, not someone creating the Lochness lore so they won’t be caught creeping😅
Hi Dr Dave I have a problem lifting my leg to get in the car, lifting it lying down and I feel pain in the front area where the front thigh and pelvic meet and in the middle side of the hip when I walk causing me to limp. They sent me to a neurologist first because they thought I had a slipped disc pinching the nerve, which was incorrect. So now they had me see a orthopedic for the hip. Then he gave me a cortisone shot toward the back of my hip. I still have extreme pain in the front of my leg and it's going on 4 months and no one is giving me the right answers.
With that location of symptoms, hip osteoarthritis or a hip flexor problem are things that COULD cause front of hip/leg pain. However, you'd have to check with your doctors to see verify if it's either (or neither) of these. Here's a video that may give more insight. ruclips.net/video/A9ScKVO69iU/видео.html Good luck!
Very helpful video. I have tight hip muscles.
Glad it was helpful!
Interesting info.
Glad you liked it

I have slight pain more like a dull “sensation” in the kidney area after drinking sodas and caffeine. Is that really bad?
If you can notice a trigger, it would make sense to limit how much soda and caffeine you drink. As to how bad it is, that's really something you'd need to check out with your doctor to do an examination and tests.
@@More4Lifethank you sir
Thank you . Just want to know more if separately we can lift both legs but togeather can’t. What muscle is involved then
In most cases, if you can lift each leg individually but not both legs together, it's probably more abdominal weakness. Your abdominals need to be able to stabilize your spine flat on the bed/floor/table to allow your psoas (which attaches to the spine) to have a stable base to pull from in order to lift your legs.
ANGINA! Lol! This video kinda put me at ease a little bit. I was very worried it could be a heart attack. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful. Do make sure to follow up with your doctor though if you are concerned that it's a heart attack or angina.

I feel like it’s the bed
I had 2 serious falls doing his approach. If your leading foot happens to catch on something, your body will continue falling forward and down you go.
I felt quick relief after trying some of the stretches in this video. I'm 26 yo female, 5'7", 235 lbs, and have been experiencing foot pain in my arch for about 3-4 years now, some of which I attribute to sacroiliac joint pain which I think was irritated by 3 years standing on a concrete sales floor and a lifetime of rolling my ankles. These stretches helped with the burning ache in the center of my arch that has made it difficult to exercise. I'm going to try and be mindful of how I walk so I can burn off bellyfat without injuring myself any further. I really enjoy walking in the country and hope I can drop enough weigh to run without increasing my risk of injury.
Glad the stretches helped!
Mine is great 15 years later. Almost need to do the other one.
Thank you so much! This really helped me understand why I have persistent tightness across the middle of my knee 11 months post RTKR. Oddly, it gets worse after exercise. I also have always have numbness and tightness along the outside of my knee across the joint. I have done some reframing since 2 close friends had surgery around the time I did and they have the same issue, so it’s kinda “normalized” this for me. I will try more manual massage and maybe the tens you suggest and discuss with my surgeon at my 1 year follow-up next month.
Glad it was helpful! Here's another video just released yesterday about persistent pain 1year post knee replacement that you might enjoy as well. ruclips.net/video/mWHOd1I_jUc/видео.htmlsi=eujcWMlzhpwgr9-K

Yep finally figured it out. I thought it was bone or supra or infra . But my tere majors if totally wrecked and pinching nerves down my arm, bicep radiating nerve pain and tired. Scapula is winging too I reckon this is somewhere i really need to hammer in.
Your video is superb, it really gives me an ease of mind, thanks doctor! 😊
Glad it was helpful!
You’ve taught me to stand up properly! Thanks
You're welcome!
Great video… for me I’ve made the first visit to the surgeon… I told him I am not prepared mentally to get the surgery ..I know it’s a hard tough recovery … I’ve got L 3,4,5 and SI joint problems too … one leg can be fixed as a result of the replacement the other replacement my leg can’t be …so makes me wonder about my back even more …I’ve got bone on bone in the outer portions of both knees … I said I wanted pre surgery PT …he didn’t think that was a good idea because ‘knees only have soo much life in them ‘ and they’d get worse …. I got a ziretta cortisone injection in them … few days ago and the pain is somewhat better…. I know I also need to lose about 40 lbs …hard to do,at my age 67 without some exercise …. Anyway I’m rambling … thank you for your vids. ….
You're welcome. Glad you enjoy the videos!
I’m 33 years old and have gone to doctors, specialists and had several tests done on me and they find nothing wrong with me except I have numbness on my right thigh sometimes and then numbness in back my legs and and sometimes on both legs from knee down and stops at ankles. I thought the worst but maybe I should go see a chiropractor
I never think I can twist my knee. 6 months ago the pain began. In the interior part of the right leg. With the time it became all the knee but the point was in the interior as you show. That movement of the tibia and knee makes me good but the problem is that I was not almost walking for 4 months.
That is me shsking😂😂😂
